Technical Specifications for the Ergonomic White Frame High-Back Chair

The chair's components are selected for durability, user comfort, and precise adjustability. The technical details below outline its core functional attributes.

The breathable mesh backrest promotes continuous air circulation, an essential feature for maintaining user comfort during typical Nairobi work hours and in non-air-conditioned spaces. Its synchronous tilt mechanism allows the backrest and seat to move in a coordinated 2:1 ratio, facilitating dynamic sitting that reduces pressure on the lower spine and improves circulation. The full range of adjustments enables the user to configure the chair to their specific anthropometric dimensions, thereby minimising occupational strain and supporting healthy posture.

Maintenance and Care

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your ergonomic chair, adhere to the following maintenance procedures.

• Upholstery: Regularly vacuum the mesh backrest and fabric seat with a brush attachment to remove dust and loose particles. For minor spills, blot immediately and clean with a damp cloth using a water-based, pH-neutral upholstery cleaner. Always test the cleaner on an inconspicuous area first. Avoid the use of abrasive chemicals or solvents.
• Frame and Base: Wipe the white polymer frame and polished aluminium base with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn marks, a mild, non-abrasive soap solution may be used. Dry thoroughly after cleaning to prevent water spots.
• Mechanical Components: Every six months, conduct a visual inspection to ensure all bolts and fixings are secure. Clean the castors to remove hair, thread, and debris that can impede smooth movement. The gas lift and tilt mechanism are self-contained and do not require lubrication.
• General Care: Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as this can cause materials to fade or degrade over time. Do not exceed the chair's maximum specified load capacity of 125 kg.
